冯聪为中心的专职咨询师,理学博士,2021年起于中山大学心理健康咨询中心工作,已累计接待咨询个案1000+小时,主要采取的心理咨询方法为来访者中心疗法、CBT、情绪聚焦、短期焦点解决。

曾系统接受认知行为治疗、辩证行为疗法、短期焦点解决疗法的训练,在个体咨询中主要采用基于来访者中心-认知行为的整合-折中的心理咨询方法,结合认知行为治疗、接纳与承诺疗法、情绪聚焦、短期焦点解决等方法。
